SOP for Granting RoU for Petroleum and Petroleum Products Pipeline
1. EOI is issued by MoP&NG/PNGRB to lay, build, operate or expand a petroleum and petroleum products pipeline.
2. The successful bidder for laying/building/operating/expanding of pipeline submits its proposal to concerned District Collector Office for seeking RoU.
3. Nomination of Land Aquisition Officers (LAO) for expediting RoU.
4. With the approval of Revenue Department (Secretariat), District Collector Office issues the RoU
5. After obtaining RoU, company starts the work of laying/building/operating/expanding of pipeline.
